This annotation marks the experimental kotlin.test API.

Beware using the annotated API especially if you're developing a library, since your library might become binary incompatible with the future versions of the kotlin.test library.

Even though the binary compatibility is rarely a concern for projects using kotlin.test for tests, future changes can make such tests source incompatible and may require migration to an alternative API.

Any usage of a declaration annotated with @ExperimentalKotlinTestApi must be accepted either by annotating that usage with the OptIn annotation, e.g. @OptIn(ExperimentalKotlinTestApi::class), or by using the compiler argument -opt-in=kotlin.test.ExperimentalKotlinTestApi.
